We have added to our growing team with Digital Project Manager, Alex Adams.

At the moment many companies are having to approach the way they work differently, and with staff furloughed or working from home, time has become a very precious and limited resource. We understand this, and wanted to help our clients make the most of their time by streamlining our internal processes and finding a solution that would be beneficial to all involved.

We have now added to our fast growing team with Project Manager, Alex. Alex joins the team at Si with ten years of experience in client-led software agencies, which is advantageous, as he joins us having tangible industry specific experience and can dive straight in.

Alex will be responsible for all day to day project activities and our clients will now benefit from more frequent project updates, as well as having a dedicated Project Manager on all projects, allowing us to deliver client projects with better efficiency moving forward. 

This is also the second role that we have recruited via Zoom due to the limitations created by Covid-19, however this time around, it was much more of a familiar process. I guess you could say we are (unwillingly) becoming experts at Zoom interviews.
