We are proud to introduce Gina Paterson, who joins our team as our Sales and Marketing Director.

Gina is the fifth person to join our team in as many months and joins us with 16 years of previous experience in an award-winning digital marketing agency that she helped to build from the ground up into one of the South’s largest agencies.

Gina commented, “I have known Steve for a number of years as our paths crossed professionally, and I was always impressed with the quality of the work the Si digital design and development teams were producing. However, since joining the team and in my short time as part of it, I am blown away by the creativity and technical knowledge across the teams, which will certainly make my job easier when pitching to new customers.

“Using my 16 years of board-level experience in running an agency, alongside my 20 years of sales and account management experience, my aim is to help grow Si digital by implementing short and long-term goals.

“My short-term goal for the business is to bring some new ideas to the structure and processes that are already in place for sales and marketing, and generally make the company more profitable with what exists. The long-term goal is to essentially grow the business using targeted campaigns. We want to work with companies where our innovative design and development can make a real difference.”
